Aihoy! is strictly an 18+ platform. The app is designed exclusively for adults. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use the service.

Age verification measures are in place during registration, and accounts found to belong to minors are immediately suspended and deleted.

🚫 Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Aihoy! has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to preventing, detecting, and responding to any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.

No content involving minors in a sexual context is permitted under any circumstances
Any user found sharing, soliciting, or distributing CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) is immediately banned and reported to authorities
All user-generated content is subject to review and moderation
Suspicious accounts targeting minors are proactively removed

We report all confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

Aihoy! provides users with accessible in-app tools to report any content or behavior that raises child safety concerns.

Every user profile has a Report button accessible from the profile view
Every chat conversation has a report option
Reports are reviewed promptly by our team
Reported accounts are investigated and actioned within 24 hours for critical safety issues

We take proactive steps to prevent child exploitation on our platform:

Registration requires date of birth confirmation — users under 18 cannot create accounts
Profile photos are subject to content moderation
Automated systems flag suspicious content and behavior patterns
User accounts are reviewed when reported for safety violations
We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving minors
